January 28th was the official opening of the “LIVE SHREDDING DAYS” at Tecnocarp factory in Ponte dell’olio Italy.
With this event Tecnocarp wants to prove the productivity and capabilities of its innovative newly designed Vertical Shredder model TVS800.
The Variable Density Vertical Shredder is part of the TC Recycling portfolio of products together with Inclined Shears, Shears Balers, Balers and Container Tilters.
TC Recycling is the registered trademark used by Tecnocarp to enter in the recycling industry
TVS800 was presented first time ever at Ecomondo Show last November receiving great attention from large number of visitors.
Last Saturday the machine shredded a wide range of materials confirming its versatility, power and productivity.
The shredding trials have been performed live at Tecnocarp factory in Ponte dell’olio Italy in front of various customers coming from all part of Northern Italy.
Each of them could see and check with his own eyes the quality and refinement grade of waste coming out from the Vertical Shredder.

Considering the success, Tecnocarp decided to repeat the event and to organize a second session of live trials with other kind of waste next February 11th.
The machine will be available during the next coming weeks to carry on specific trails with special waste provided by various customers like: pharmaceutical blisters, electrical plugs, alucobond and armoured wires
With only 22 kW of power installed and minimum space required the Variable Density Vertical Shredder TVS800 is offered at a very competitive price to enter into Shredding world at a very affordable cost.
